Well there was no need to update last week because it was a rain out. This past Saturday night went array when at the start of the heat race the car was not running right so Trent pulled in and we found moisture under the distributor cap. We got that dried out and went out for the consi. Trent started on the tail and when they dropped the green flag he was on a rail passing 5 cars on the first lap, but then on lap 2 the left front hood pin broke in half and the left rear brake line broke ending the night.

Well we set the car up for a slick track and over indexed the the birdcage and found the out the shock was bent. We missed the heat race because the lower left bar broke pulling up to line up. We got the car put back together and had to start on the tail of the consi. Out of 15 cars we finished 3rd transferring us to the feature. Starting on the tail we were able to end up with a 14th place finish. Not too bad considering how many good cars were there.

Last night went pretty good. Finished 2nd in the heat and 4th in the feature. We were a little off on the setup but we are getting closer to Victory Lane and we will get there!!!!

Here is the run down on the first night out. Right out of the gates Trent pulled off a win in heat race number 3. He started outside 2nd row in the feature. We blew out the right front shock on the first lap. Since starting on the outside Trent was forced to drive thru ruts that over 12'' deep ending up with an ill handling car and then the ruts slammed another car into the side of us on lap 11 or 12 and that put us out. The car is already in the shop and stripped waiting on new parts!!!
